We perform testing and certification of materials, components, products and systems, as well as on-site field evaluations. UL has published the safety standards for every component used in PV Systems and most of these standards have been adopted as ANSI standards in the US. UL also sits on IEC TC82 and actively leads standard development activities for WG2 and WG3 and have been contributing to the global harmonization of IEC & UL standards.
